Homeless Ministries—Homeward includes a homeless count and distribution of needed supplies. CARITAS is hosting 25-30 persons for a week. Brenda Woodward, 914-1259

CCHASM—Your donated food supplies area food pantries. Deposit near elevator. Shirley Hudson, 276-2495

Food items are given to CCHASM to benefit people in need in our community.  You may make donations of canned or dry goods as frequently as you wish.  Donations may be left in the basket by the elevator on the second floor.  For more information on CCHASM, visit http://www.cchasm.org/.

Cooks for Christ—Lunch is fixed and served to 200+ people from the streets of Richmond on 3rd Fridays. Janice Bergeron, 276-3985

This feeding program at Centenary United Methodist Church is on the third Friday each month.   Eight to ten Cooks for Christ are needed to prepare a meal and serve it to 180-200 guests.  If you would like to help with this ministry, meet at Providence United Methodist Church at 9:15 a.m. to carpool.

Providence Road Partners—Opportunities with A. M. Davis Elementary School including mentoring, tutoring, lunch buddies, providing lunch for teachers, etc. Wendy Collins, 276-2418

This mission opportunity began with the 2010 school year.  We provide our support to teachers, students and families of A.M. Davis Elementary School.  Some ways to help include:  Lunch buddies, tutoring, assisting teachers, helping with special projects, or donating school supplies.
